Private Yoga instruction is on par with private personal training sessions. I can say that because I am also a personal trainer, although I believe Yoga delivers more benefits for those interested in a holistic approach. My students have seen themselves not only become stronger to the core and more mobile in their joints, but they have found deep healing in their inner life and resolved long held physical limitations. In person sessions allow for a much higher degree of attention and connection, which are both essential for success. Each person has their own unique physical and emotional history which contributes to their current state of being. Only individualized instruction can directly target and correct imbalances, decrease pain, and generate lasting positive changes for your specific body. Together we will define your goals (physical and/or emotional or mental), create a program based on your physiology and skill set, and practice together regularly. Instruction is given with patience and compassion.
In person private sessions are offered in Phoenix. Virtual private sessions are available for those who live outside Phoenix or for those in Phoenix who prefer limited contact.

Every one of these 12 classes will be expertly designed specifically for you. Even better, these sessions are taught privately so that you may process your stress relief freely (these are not group classes). The Yoga Asana sessions (postures) are in place to help you release stored tension and energy through muscular contraction and deep breathing. The mobility sessions are in place to help diminish the stiffness and pain in the joints which contribute to feelings of irritability and agitation. Finally, Yoga Nidra sessions are in place to allow you to experience profound relaxation, deep at the nervous system level where stress manifests. It is highly recommended that you do 3 sessions a week to ensure that you give your body stress relief on a regular basis, which is how the changes occur. Sometimes you want personalized instruction, but your schedule is too varied or you can’t quite afford every session to be live with the teacher. With this package, you’ll receive the luxury of 1-on-1 private sessions that you can conveniently use at your own pace, anytime, anywhere. You’ll receive a one month personalized Yoga Asana (posture) program - written just for you - consisting of 1 livestreaming private session* with me, followed by 3 video recorded Yoga classes designed specifically for you^. The live session is to give instruction, establish goals and review correct alignment. For the 3 weeks following the live session, you’ll receive 1 different video per week of me leading you through a personalized practice designed to have you progress toward your specific goals. To reap the benefits that regular practice provides, it would be ideal to renew this package once a month. This makes a fantastic gift too!

This short guided meditation is designed help you access your natural state of ease and well-being, giving you relief from stress, PTSD, and/or anticipatory fear. No experience required.
